The success of Weed Man dealers is built upon the twin pillars of training and support. Our initial 12-day training at Head Office in Toronto, Ontario addresses all aspects of business operations including administration, technical, marketing, business planning and budgeting.

In order to provide the very best in dealer support and leadership,
Weed Man built a team of regional Sub-franchisors that includes some the biggest names in lawn care.

From this team of Sub-franchisors, our franchisees enjoy quick, easy access to local support; regular business planning meetings; educational seminars; and weekly teleconferences at critical times of the year.

Franchisees also enjoy the benefits of broader support from the Weed Man family at events like the Annual Dealer Conference where Weed Man Dealers from across the US and Canada come together to share their experiences and successes. Additionally, dealers enjoy educational seminars, performance awards and motivational speakers.
